From the Desk of the Technical Director:
Fun Games To Teach Skill - Download PDF 268 kb: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/fun_games_to_teach_skill.pdf
More Fun Games - Download PDF 332 kb: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/more_games.pdf -
Lesson Plans for U9 - Download PDF: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/SheetsLittleFriends.pdf
Lesson Plans for U11 - Download PDF: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/SheetsCubs.pdf
Lesson Plans for U13 - Download PDF: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/SheetsBeginner.pdf
When using the Lesson Plans remember just to pick one, maybe two of the activities for use. I'd recommend starting with a Fun Game to warm-up, then one or two of the activities depending on the time available.
Finally if you would like to give a little bit of goalkeeper training:
GK Lesson Plans for U11 - Download PDF: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/SheetsCubsGK.pdf
GK Lesson Plans for U13 - Download PDF: http://www.canadakicks.com/clippers/SheetsBeginnerGK.pdf
Again one or two activities per session is lots at the recreational level. There are one or two more documents I will make available over the next couple of weeks - the information is not meant to intimidate but to facilitate your enjoyment of coaching by giving you some readily available tools for your use.
